Its been a month!!!!

It has been a month since I have began my Reiki journey! I still love it! Infact i was able to run some reiki last night on rebecca, it was crazy, because Kalani and Sai did not want to leave us alone! They wanted to help! It was way cute! Its been fun doing it. I havent had any Big AHA moments, but it has been really nice!

My new Reiki Jorney

So this last weekend I went with my sister and got attuned to perform Reiki! Now for those that dont know what Reiki is, this is the best definition that I have found that makes sense to me . . .Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
I loved it! We learned the history of Reiki, got attuned, learned how to scan with our hands, learned hand postiions, and practiced on each other. I really liked it. I was even able to learn to scan with my eyes. Just kinda happened on accident. I was staring at some girls knee and it started vibrating. I blinked a gazillion times and kinda shook my head trying to get it to go away, but it didnt. LOL! Havent been able to see that since. But it was cool at the time.
Last night I did my first Reiki session with a friend. It was just a really short one. I didnt feel anything as I was doing it, but she said that she could. She is kinda crazy too! LOL!
The last 2 mornings I had a crazy experience though. I have been woken to my body tingling all over. It was weird! Dont know what it is or if its important, but it happened!
